The I-MON 80D Interrogation Monitor offers real-time spectrum monitoring of FBG sensors. Very high measurement frequency allows kHz full spectrum readout and the compact size and low power consumption reduce operation cost for customers whom space and power savings are important.

The I-MON 80D Interrogation Monitor offers straightforward integration and meets industrial qualification standards. The compact size and simple electronics interface makes the I-MON 80D ideal for mounting on the customer's interrogation system control PCB.

(*) At input power levels of –30 dBm and –40 dBm the resolution is typically 5 pm and 8 pm, respectively.

The I-MON 80D is available in a reprogrammable version (I-MON 80D-R) for very high speed measurements in a limited wavelength bandwidth. Several 10’s of kHz measurement speed can be achieved with sub-picometer resolution.
